We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful, very comfortable cottage.
We were very fortunate with the weather and the proximity to the coast and beaches were a real bonus to enjoy the winter sunshine. Despite the sun, it was a cold week and the open fire was an extra touch of luxury in the evenings.
Jo was kind enough to let us meet her beautiful and well mannered horses and we hope to return later in the year to meet their foals.

Another fabulous stay in a beautiful home.
We cannot recommend Jo and Rachel’s cottage enough. A home from home with everything you can think of. The welcome pack is indeed welcoming and full of local treats. The cottage is in an ideal location. Our second visit as we were so impressed by our first, and the second certainly did not disappoint! We will be back again. Thank you so much Jo and Rachel.

The cottage is spacious and well equipped and has a lovely welcoming atmosphere.
3 of us + dog spent a good weekend in the Yorkshire Wolds and based ourselves in West End Farm Lodge. The cottage is spacious and well equipped and, best of all, has a lovely welcoming atmosphere – thanks to the generous welcome from our hosts who had provided everything we might need during our stay. Wonderful accommodation. Very spacious and well equipped.
Very comfortable beds and everything you could need (and more!).
The welcome pack was a nice touch and very appriciated.
Despite being on a main road, you can’t hear any road noise when the windows are closed.
All shops and local attractions are a short car drive away, we even caught the bus to Bridlington during our stay.
We would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone and hope to stay again ourselves.

Absolutely stunning property with everything anyone could ever need.
Stayed over the new year weekend as we were attending the New Year’s Eve event at the Spa.
So comfortable, warm and clean. Jo bent over backwards to fulfill any requests. The welcome pack was a very lovely gesture. Will definitely recommend and stay again ourselves.

This is how a B&B should be done. Great cottage with lovely welcome gifts.
Very clean and perfectly kitted out for a family holiday. Great location to investigate what the East Riding has to offer. All of our 10 days were fully occupied ensuring the kids were wiped out by the end of the day and having a full nights sleep. Perfect!

What a fabulous cottage. We have never stayed in a place so well equipped.
It had everything needed, none of this one pan and one baking tray. There were even dog towels and a torch. Immaculately clean. The hosts left a Yorkshire goody/welcome bag, a lovely gesture, full of amazing treats for us and the dogs. We couldn’t have been happier with the cottage. We would 100% recommend.
