With so many places to enjoy a fine dining experience in the Yorkshire Wolds we have highlighted some of the best that the area has to offer.

The Highfield House, Driffield – a historic house in a beautiful setting on the edge of the Wolds Capital you can enjoy divine Sunday lunches or experience an evening meal using locally sourced ingredients and herbs and vegetables grown in their own kitchen garden. 

The Pipe and Glass at South Dalton (Michelin Star) is a firm favourite, dating back to the 15th century set at the gates to the Dalton Estate. A relaxed setting and wonderful food, using the Chef’s Picking Garden to grow food used in the kitchen alongside other local produce.

The Westwood, an award-winning restaurant focusing on bringing the best flavours to the table that change with the seasons.  Creating simple, satisfying food using local suppliers in a elegant surrounding in the grounds of Beverley’s former Grade II listed Georgian courthouse.

The Wellington Inn, Lund between Driffield and Beverley. A traditional village pub offering a classic, contemporary style, with a formal restaurant and relaxing bar areas. Using only the best local suppliers they won’t compromise on quality to offer delicious food.

Whites Resturant, North Bar Without, Beverley is run by chef patron John Robinson.  A small, intimate restaurant showcasing the best of local produce.  Whites do grow their own product on a roof top terrace to help them generate the tastiest ingredients for their food.

Cerrutis , located in the old waiting rooms at Beverley Railway Station boasts an extensive A La Carte Menu alongside a choice of fascinating wine.  They serve some of the finest fish dishes in the area.

Wolds Inn, Huggate sees new owners serving a range of dishes from sharing platters to a traditional pub meal or a more formal restaurant meal right in the heart of the Wolds.
